The boys did swimming lessons. This was Luke's third year and Joseph's first summer. They both did really well. by the end of the two weeks, Luke was jumping off the diving board and swimming to the side by himself. Enjoy the videos.
We started the Fourth off with a bang of late nights. We went to Winchester to the drive in movies. We saw Cars 2. It was a lot of fun.
The next day we went to ride a hot air balloon. Jeremy stayed on the ground with Thomas. If you look very hard on the next picture, you will see Luke in the balloon. Joseph and I were on the back side and couldn't be seen. Luke loved it. I think Joseph had a fun but was a little scared. I was holding him and he wouldn't let me put him down. He was fascinated by the flame.
On the Fourth, we went downtown to watch the parade. Thomas slept through the entire thing.
It was a fun weekend of cookouts, parades, fireworks and fun. The next week, we went and watch the race car trucks drive through downtown. We met up with Jeremy for lunch, too.
We have also had lazy days, wagon rides and fun at home.
Joseph is enjoying Thomas's bumbo.
Joseph skipped his nap today and fell asleep on the floor after dinner.
