Busy!

Sorry for not posting in a while. We have been busy. Strawberry pickin', Dinosaur Birthday Party, Explorium, Yard Sales, Slip and Slide, farmer's market, playing in the water fountain downtown, church, house cleaning and open houses. Luke was invited to a birthday party at the Explorium. After they made Sand dinosaurs, open presents and ate cake and ice cream, they got to run around and play. We haven't been in a while so some of the exhibits were new. Luke's first trip was with Reese and ME. He climbed in the adobe (oven), laid down and got stuck in a crater and got soaking wet in the water area. He was very sad that he is too old for the water area. He enjoyed the farm area which is new and had a fun tractor. He took his usually pictures to amuse his mother- in the crater and the adobe. We even started Joseph on the pictures. It is fun to see how much they have grown. Our neighborhood had a yard sale. Luke found a Woody outfit at one of our neighbor's house. I have now hidden it because he had to put it on every morning before he would get dress. We also went strawberry picking with some other neighbors. It was fun and Luke became a great picker. He also enjoyed the huge slide. Luke has done 2 more weeks of swimming lessons. He has done really well and jumped off the diving board (with help) everyday after each lesson. I think that he will be swimming on his own by the end of the summer. Joseph is growing and his personality is coming out. He has started solids and loves to eat. This is fun considering it is a fight with Luke. Joseph is also growing and catching up to Luke's weight class. He is pushing up on his arms and lifting his stomach off the floor. He loves Luke and Lilli and laughs at everything they do. Luke still loves Joseph giving him hugs and kisses every morning.

Other news, we have put our house up for sale. We found a house closer to downtown and across the street from the school I taught at. It needs some work but is really neat. It also has a huge backyard. So if you know anyone moving to the Lexington area, send them over.

We have some trips planned in July that we are really looking forward, too. Luke keeps asking to ride in the boat and to go swimming at Reese's. Enjoy!
