School's Out for Summer!

School is finally out and I am just now catching up. May has been a busy month. After all the graduations, the girls had a fun weekend in Birmingham to celebrate Adrienne's 30th birthday. Nothing wild and crazy but fun and good times.

One of Luke's favorite thing to do is play music and instruments. It really doesn't matter what he plays as long as he is playing. He discovered Jeremy's tennis racket in the car which made a great guitar.

Since we had such a cold spring, it wasn't until June that we finally pulled the pool out. Luke was so excited for his first swim that he wouldn't change into his swimsuit. So a diaper was all until that came off and he went skinny dipping.

Later that week a friend came over to swim. They would run down the hill and jump in the pool.

Luke was invited to a friend's sister's first birthday. He found the guitar and cowboy hat in his friend's room. He walked around playing the guitar and singing the entire party.

We have had a busy but good start to our summer. Jeremy is studying for the bar. Luke goes to school 2 days a week. And I am enjoying my time off playing and working on projects around the house. We are working on making a big boy room for Luke which means cleaning out the guest room, moving Luke's things into his new room and cleaning out and setting up the nursery for baby number 2. The next big project is potty training. Enjoy the pictures and updates and I will try to stay on top of posting new things.
